I'm a large build and both fit me, however the mail is a tight fit worn over this gambeson.

Price drop to €150 for the mail, I was recently informed chain mail isn't as dear as it used to be.

Made from split washers.

Sorry, I should have been clearer, I meant is it steel, stainless steel, zinc coated, etc?

I can tell you that it's definitely not stainless steel, think it's carbon steel not sure about being zinc coated.
