did somebody hear about swordmakery ElGur from Czech republic www.sword-elgur.com plese?

What do you think about?

I haven't heard of this maker before.
They look nice and the weight is good but that is not the same as actually using them. They are at a price point where they need to be good as they are competing with a lot of good and well known makers.

we are new here. Tkanks for your words. We would like to do very good pieces. And eperience of czech swordsman say the same like you. Last time we do some replicas to foreigners.
What the many swordsman want is replica quite same like original. Bud It cannot be and It is not simpy questin. So... What you can see on our web side is replikas fit for fencing. Balance betveen weight and original design.
Time to time we do copy of original sword. Shape and truth design.

I am not buying right now but know someone who is...fencing blade.
How hard / flexible is the metal? I have seen good blades cut to pieces because they are used against other harder weapons.
Also, in terms of point of balance on the blade is that information that you have?

Blade cut to pieces is thred, we can not tolarate. For this reason we do tests and have a two year guarantee/warranty.
Last month we has our one sword for service work. It was fourth years old. The owner use it every week for training and do about 25 battles per year. The blade has many teeth (I am not sury by this world, my appologize), but after overpolish was like newone.

Point of balance the sword we have from expert books. For example well-known Ian Peirce.

(if I understand good) Yes, blade is fit for fencing. Not sharp 2mm thick.
